30min Remedial Massage

A 30 minute massage consult involving sports massage, deep tissue release, trigger point therapy and/or relaxation massage.

These shorter consults will aim to target a specific muscle group or area that needs attention, rather than the entire body.

60min Remedial Massage

$99

A 60 minute massage consult involving sports massage, deep tissue release, trigger point therapy and/or relaxation massage. Additional use of techniques including myofascial cupping, dry needling and scrapping can be used on request in this consult. Multiple areas can be worked on during these consults.

90min Remedial Massage

A 90 minute massage consult is only available upon request via email or in person. This is consult is an in-depth treatment where the client has very specific areas and needs that will require more time in one consult.
